Eskecy Merchandise Refund & Exchange Policy

At Eskecy, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a great customer experience. Due to the nature of our merchandise—especially limited drops and exclusive collections—please review our refund and exchange policy carefully.


1. No Refund Policy

  • All purchases made on Eskecy are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.


2. Exchange Policy (Eligible Cases Only)

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective or damaged product

  • You received the wrong item or incorrect size

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging


3. Exchange Process

  • Contact us via email or official channels with:

    • Order details

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Once approved, we will arrange a return and replacement via Pathao delivery service

  • Exchange delivery charges may be covered or shared depending on the case


4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Limited edition or signed merchandise (unless damaged)

  • Items purchased on sale or special promotional offers

  • Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Please ensure you check your order at the time of delivery if possible

  • Once accepted, the order falls under the standard exchange policy


6. Failed or Refused Orders

  • Orders refused at delivery without valid reason may lead to restriction on future COD orders
