At Eskecy, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a great customer experience. Due to the nature of our merchandise—especially limited drops and exclusive collections—please review our refund and exchange policy carefully.
All purchases made on Eskecy are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
You received a defective or damaged product
You received the wrong item or incorrect size
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging

Clear photos/videos of the issue
Once approved, we will arrange a return and replacement via Pathao delivery service
Exchange delivery charges may be covered or shared depending on the case
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Limited edition or signed merchandise (unless damaged)
Items purchased on sale or special promotional offers
Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer
Please ensure you check your order at the time of delivery if possible
Once accepted, the order falls under the standard exchange policy
Orders refused at delivery without valid reason may lead to restriction on future COD orders
