  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods (such as limited drops or sale events), processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship nationwide across Nepal.


3. Delivery Partner

  • All deliveries within Nepal are handled via Pathao courier service.

  • Delivery is coordinated through Pathao riders for fast and reliable service.


4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Inside Kathmandu Valley: Same day or 1–2 business days after dispatch (depending on rider availability)

  • Outside Valley (Nationwide): 3–7 business days depending on location and courier logistics

  • Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, traffic, or regional conditions.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and Pathao delivery rates.

  • Occasional promotions may include free shipping offers, which will be clearly communicated.


6. Order Tracking & Coordination

  • For Kathmandu Valley orders, you may be contacted directly by the Pathao rider for delivery coordination.

  • For outside valley deliveries, tracking details (if available) will be shared after dispatch.


7. Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate and reachable.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected locations.

  • Please ensure availability at the time of delivery. Repeated failed COD orders may lead to restrictions on future orders.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or store credit.


10. Limited Edition & Drops

  • For limited edition or exclusive merch (such as signed items or anniversary drops), shipping timelines may vary due to high demand.

  • These products are typically non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged.
